The aim of the thesis is to identify the values and artefacts that constitute the organizational culture of the secondary vocational school. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts, which are connected to each other. The first part is focused on the theoretical background of organizational culture, its elements, structure, models and resources. In the second part of the thesis the theme of organizational culture is further developed. It deals with management issues, strategy and climate of the organization. The third part of the thesis examines the organizational culture of a specific secondary vocational school according to the defined basic questions of the thesis. School staff consider cultural school values to be the front of its artefacts, and most employees are satisfied with organizational culture at school. The research carried out at school confirmed both assumptions.

Diagnosis of Organizational Culture in a chosen Organization

This diploma thesis deals with the Diagnosis of organizational culture in selected organization which is particularly a food company Kraft Foods CR. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the organizational culture in this organization through a Denison method of questionnaire survey and using my own observation. Then, based on the information gathered from the survey, I suggest to the management of the organization recommendations and actions that could lead to greater employee satisfaction and thus also to higher performance of the entire organization. The purpose of this thesis is not to change the organizational culture in the organization afterwards, only to support it and enhance its better perception among employees.
